Nakira Downes, of the Lock haven Women's Field Hockey team, is this week’s www.golhu.com Female Athlete of the Week.

In Downes’ big day against Colgate she had two regular time assists and one overtime goal.

Downes was able to break past the defenders to beat the goalie just 1:59 into overtime to tally the game-winner.
