Alex Monroe, of the Lock haven Men's Cross Country team, is this week’s www.golhu.com Male Athlete of the Week.

On Saturday (Sept. 21) Monroe cruised to victory at the LHU Invitational, leading the Bald Eagles to their second team title in as many races. Monroe won the individual crown by over a minute and crossed the 8K course in 24:14.30 as he dominated the field of 244 runners. Monroe was named to the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Men's Cross Country team for the second time in three weeks.
