Lydia George, of the Lock Haven field hockey team, is this week's www.golhu.com Female Athlete of the Week.

After falling early 3-0 to #12 UMass, George was able to find the net twice in less than four minutes.

On Sunday against Saint Louis she found the back of the net twice again. Her two goals were both set up beautifully be Nakira Downes. Her strong offensive play was  the spark that led the Lady Eagles to a 7-0 rout over Saint Louis.

With a four goal weekend George is now second on the team in points and third in goals.

The Lady Eagles are back in action this Friday morning at 11 am in the Atlantic 10 conference tournament to take on the second seeded Richmond Spiders.
