Alex Monroe, of the Lock Haven Men’s Cross Country team is this week's www.golhu.com Male Athlete of the Week.

On Saturday, Monroe brought home his third straight Regional crown, he was also named Atlantic Region athlete of the year.

By winning AOW, Monroe has now won this award for his 14^th time
Monroe and company take off for Spokane, Washington for his last cross country meet as an LHU student-athlete and for their fourth straight National Championship on November 23rd.
