Lock Haven Athletics

Danielle Parowski, of the Lock Haven Swimming team, is this week’s www.golhu.com Female Athlete of the Week.

Parowski has had a sensational start to her sophomore campaign, setting numerous records and breaking her own record in individual events at the IUP John Pidgeon Memorial Invite last week. 

Parowski placed first in every individual event she swam with the exception of one in which she placed second.  In the 1,650 yard freestyle, Danielle set a school record in the first 1,000 yards with a time of 10:46.99. At the three-day meet’s conclusion, Parowski scored a total of 130.5 points overall, including relays. 

The Lady Eagles return to the pool January 17, against Mansfield.
