Cody Anderson of the volleyball team has been named this week’s Susquehanna Trailways / GoLHU.com Women’s Athlete of the Week.

Anderson led the Lady Eagles to 2-1 last week with two conference wins over West Chester and Cheyney.  In the loss against Pitt-Johnstown, Anderson recorded a match-high 14 kills and added four digs. Against West Chester, Anderson recorded a season-high 18 kills to lead LHU to a thrilling, 3-2 win (25-17, 23-25, 16-25, 25-22, & 15-8) over the Golden Rams. 

Overall, the outside hitter recorded 32 kills in nine sets (two matches) and added 10 digs. Anderson averaged 3.56 kills per set.
