Marrysa Moyer of the LHU women’s basketball team has been named this week’s Susquehanna Trailways / GoLHU.com Women’s Athlete of the Week.

Moyer’s strong individual play helped the Lady Eagles to a pair of wins last week. Over a three-game span, she averaged a team-best 12 points per game, while adding 12.3 rebounds per game. In the New Year’s Eve win over Post, Moyer scored 12 points and grabbed 12 boards. She had a double-double in each of LHU’s wins, adding a monster performance in the win over SRU. Moyer knocked down 17 points and matched a career-high in rebounds with 18.
