Alexis Arnold of the LHU women’s cross country team has been named this week’s Susquehanna Trailways / GoLHU.com Women’s Athlete of the Week.

Arnold, a senior runner for the women’s cross country team finished Saturday’s championship contest with a total time of 23:02.6 which placed her 19^th overall and led to her receiving All-conference honors.

Her performance helped the Lady Eagles finish 9^th on the day.
