Alexis Arnold of the LHU women’s cross country team has been named this week’s Susquehanna Trailways / GoLHU.com Women’s Athlete of the Week.

Arnold, a senior runner for the women’s cross country team finished Saturday’s regional championship contest with a total 6k time of 21:46.7 which placed her 20^th overall.

Her performance helped the Lady Eagles finish 8^th on the day.
