Addison Monroe of the LHU men’s cross country team has been named this week’s Susquehanna Trailways/GoLHU.com Men’s Athlete of the Week.

Junior Addison Monroe (Lewistown, Pa./Mifflin County) opened the 2016 in sensational form, leading the No. 17 Bald Eagles vs. perennial Division I power Penn State. Monroe was Lock Haven’s top-man and finished fifth overall with a 6K time of 18:24.13. The race showed that Monroe will be a force among all the PSAC and region runners this season.
