Lock Haven Athletics

Addison Monroe led the No. 16 Bald Eagles on Saturday in the Gold Race at Paul Short. He finished the 8K course in 24:22 placing 44^th. He was the fifth non-Division I runner in the field.

In the field were four nationally ranked Division I teams along with nationally ranked teams from Division II & III. Monroe’s time was the fastest PSAC time clocked in the four races by 36 seconds.

This is his first race since placing third overall at the Kutztown DII/DIII Challenge where he was the top PSAC finisher by seven seconds. He looks to continue his torrid start as Lock Haven’s next meet is October, 8 at the Slippery Rock Invitational.
