Lock Haven Athletics

Sarah Gomish of the Lock Haven University volleyball team led the way for a 2-1 week for the Bald Eagles. On Friday, October 14 Gomish finished with 17 kills while hitting .341 and added 12 digs in their first home victory of the year over East Stroudsburg.

Against Pitt-Johnstown (Tuesday, October 11) and Kutztown (Saturday, October 15) she tallied nine kills in each match. On top of her nine kills against Kutztown, she racked up 10 digs.

In the three matches this week Gomish finished with 35 kills, 26 of those kills came in the two Bald Eagle victories. Gomish averaged 13 kills in LHU’s two victories over Kutztown and East Stroudsburg.
