Addison Monroe of the LHU men’s cross country team has been named this week’s Susquehanna Trailways/GoLHU.com Men’s Athlete of the Week.

Monroe competed at the Atlantic Regional Championships this past weekend where he was the individual champion conquering the tough 10K course in 32:23.6. This is his first Atlantic Regional Cross Country Championship.

Monroe helped lead the Bald Eagles to a team runner-up finish which qualifies the team for the Division II Cross Country National Championships on November 19^th in Saint Leo, Florida.
