Kristin Allen of the LHU women’s swimming team has been named this week’s Susquehanna Trailways/GoLHU.com Female’s Athlete of the Week.

Freshman Kristin Allen was phenomenal over the two day Diamond City Invitational where she was the champion in the 100 yard backstroke along with the 200 yard backstroke.

Those two races were well under the PSAC qualifying marks. In the 100 yard backstroke Allen finished with a time of 1:01.31 while in the 200 yard backstroke she finished in 2:13.80.

Allen also placed second in the 100 yard butterfly with another PSAC qualifying time of 1:01.97 and the 200 yard backstroke in a time of 2:19.17.
