Addison Monroe of the LHU men’s track and field team has been named this week’s Susquehanna Trailways/GoLHU.com Men’s Athlete of the Week.

Monroe ran a phenomenal race in the 10,000-meter run at the Bucknell Bison Classic finishing in 29:44.01. Monroe closed the last 400-meters in 64 seconds. He finished seventh overall out of the 50 man field and was the top division II runner.

That currently ranks Monroe No. 8 in NCAA DII and puts him No. 2 in LHU history.
