Haley Gribler (Powell, Ohio/Olentangy-Liberty) of the Lock Haven University women's volleyball team has been named the
www.GoLHU.com Female Athlete of the Week.
Earlier in the week she was named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Volleyball Player of the Week for her recent dominance on the court.
The senior outside hitter capped off her final two regular season matches of her career in a big way.
Gribler led the Lady Eagles to two wins over PSAC East opponents Millersville and Shippensburg.
Against Millersville, Gribler recorded eight kills, 12 digs and four service aces, while posting a hitting percentage of .615.
She followed that up on senior day against Shippensburg with 16 kills, seven digs and two service aces, while posting a .419 hitting percentage.
Gribler totaled 24 kills, six service aces, 19 digs and a hitting percentage of .477 for the week.
Gribler was a huge reason behind The Haven's PSAC East Regular season title.
