Senior Owen Wilkinson (Hartland, Mich./Hartland) of the Lock Haven University wrestling team has been named the www.GoLHU.com Male Athlete of the Week for his efforts in leading the Bald Eagles to a sensational start to the 2011-12 season.
 
Wilkinson opened the year on a tear, going 4-0 individually at the 2011 Wrestle for a Cure Duals, leading LHU to a 3-1 team mark.
 
Wilkinson picked up bonus points in three of his four matches, which included two major decisions and a pin.
