Ra’eese Hunt of the LHU men’s basketball team has been named this week’s Susquehanna Trailways/GoLHU.com Men’s Athlete of the Week.

Hunt capped his senior season this past week as earlier in the season he became the 19^th Bald Eagle to eclipse the 1,000 point mark in a career. He finished his LHU career with 1,096 points which ranks him 17^th all-time in scoring.

Last week, Hunt averaged a double-double as he averaged 18 points and pulled down 10.5 rebounds per game. In the overtime contest at Cheyney, Hunt netted 16 points and brought down 10 rebounds while on senior day, he scored 20 points and had 11 rebounds.
