Rashana Tompkins of the LHU women’s track & field team has been named this week’s Susquehanna Trailways/GoLHU.com Female Athlete of the Week.

Last weekend, Tompkins and The Haven competed at the 2018 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships hosted by Slippery Rock University.

The sophomore hurdle sensation placed eighth in the 100-meter hurdles as she cracked the LHU top-5 list with her performance in the prelims. Tompkins crossed the line in 15.05 which is the fourth fastest time in program history.
