Senior Peaches Nesmith (Philadelphia/Northeast) of the Lock Haven University women’s basketball team has been named the final www.GoLHU.com Female Athlete of the Week for the 2011 calendar year.
 
Nesmith was a huge bright spot for LHU in a 83-67 loss at Goldey Beacom College on Sunday.

Nesmith led all scorers with a game-high 21 points. She was 7-for-15 from the field, hit one three-pointer and was 6-for-6 from the free-throw stripe to lead three different Lady Eagles in double figures.
