Laurel Moyer led the way for the Lock Haven University women's cross country team at the 2019 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Championships, hosted by Bloomsburg University.

Moyer was third overall, marking the highest individual effort by a Bald Eagles since 1981 when Dawn Eid won the individual title.

Overall, Moyer placed third out of 179 after covering the 6K course in 22.12.5. She finished just behind a 1-2 Edinboro finish.
