Junior Mark Manno (Lebanon, Pa./Cedar Crest) of the Lock Haven University men’s indoor track & field team has been named the GoLhu.com male athlete of the week.

Manno turned in another tremendous effort as the Bald Eagles continue to dominate the throwing events. Manno took first in the men’s weight throw at Edinboro’s Al Hall Freedom Games with the nation’s ninth-best mark of the season. Manno’s throw of 60-7.25 broke his own school record and is the top mark in the PSAC, over three feet better than teammate Tyler Thomas.
