Lock Haven Athletics

Jonathan Ross capped his redshirt-season with a National Collegiate Open title to lead the way for the Lock Haven University wrestling team.
 
Ross was a perfect 5-0 on the day at 157 pounds and earned a pin in the finals.
 
Ross (157) dominated the field from the start and finished 5-0 with a major and a pin. He's Lock Haven's first National Collegiate Open champion since the Bald Eagles crowned a champ in 2009 at the inaugural outing. Ross's dominance helped him cap a special redshirt-season, as he racked up 52 wins on the season.
