Senior Vanita Moses (Levittown, Pa./Neshaminy) of the Lock Haven University women's indoor track and field team has been named the GoLhu.com female athlete of the week.

Moses had another huge weekend in the weight throw. She was second overall and the first collegiate competitor at the Boston Valentine’s Invitational on Friday night with a season-best mark of 58-6.5.

Her season best mark is the best in thePennsylvania State Athletic Conference by almost 10 feet. The NCAA DII provisional mark has her ranked 16th in the nation.

Moses was also 11th in the shot put with a season-best 39-3.
