Lock Haven Athletics

Bridgette Clarke of the Lock Haven University softball team has been named this week’s GoLhu.com female athlete of the week. 

Clarke had the bat that led LHU to a 6-2 week at the NTC Spring Games in Clermont, Florida. Clarke, who started all eight games for Lock Haven led, LHU with a team-best 11 RBIs. She hit .333 with five extra base hits. Clarke was 8-for-24 with three doubles and two triples. She recorded a .625 slugging percentage and a .407 on-base percentage. Clarke added 10 put outs and 22 assist and she played primarily at second base.
