The bat of Blaise Zeiders powered Lock Haven to a winning-record last week (3-2), which included a PSAC East series win over regionally-ranked Shippensburg (2-1). Over five total games, Zeiders hit a sensational .632 with 12 hits (12-for-19). Over that span, he had nine RBIs, one home run, two doubles and scored four runs. In the five games, he was 2-for-2 on stolen-base attempts and recorded a .667 on-base percentage, and .895 slugging-percentage. In last week’s five game stretch, Zeiders had a multiple-hit game in four of the five contests. In game two at IUP, he was 3-for-3 with two RBIs, and in the game-one win at home over Shippensburg, Zeiders was 4-for-5 with three RBIs.
