Whitaker jumped 23-11.50 in the long jump and bested the field of 25 for the victory and school-record (indoors) mark. The previous mark had stood since 2002. Whitaker's jump was a 2023-24 Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) championship qualifying mark. Whitaker also placed fourth in the 200-meter dash with PSAC qualifying time of 22.35.
