Senior Christopher Jones of the LHU men’s outdoor track & field team has been named this week’s www.GoLHU.com Male Athlete of the Week.

Jones had a sensational week for the Bald Eagles. He claimed the PSAC’s top time in the 200 meter dash at the Millersville Metris and Multis. His winning time of 21.70 was the third fastest time in school history.

He also led off Lock Haven’s winning 4x100 meter relay team (42.49). Jones rounded out the day by running a 48.9 split on the 4x400 meter relay team. The 4x4 relay took second with the PSAC’s second best mark of the year (3:16.69).
