Lock Haven Athletics

 Bailey Farthing (Dublin, Ohio/Dublin Coffman) of LHU’s volleyball team has been named the www.GoLHU.com Female Athlete of the Week.

Farthing, who tied for the lead on the team for kills this weekend, helped lead the team to a 3-0 record this past weekend.

Farthing only played in two of the matches, but she did her damage tallying 27 kills. She had 15 kills in Lock Haven’s “Dig Pink” game Friday night against West Chester and 12 kills Saturday against Seton Hill.

Farthing also had 12 blocks over the weekend, which was also a team high.

The Lady Eagles are back in action this Friday at & 7 p.m. against Shippensburg at Thomas Fieldhouse.
