Bailey Farthing (Dublin, Ohio/Dublin Coffman) of the Lock Haven University volleyball team has been named the www.GoLHU.com Female Athlete of the Week.
Farthing had a major role in The Haven’s 2-0 record last week.
In a 3-1 win on the road vs. East Stroudsburg, Farthing racked up 10 kills, three digs and three blocks. She posted a solid .318 hitting percentage in the match.
Saturday, Farthing tallied 10 more kills and added six digs as The Haven swept Kutztown 3-0 to close out the regular season on a 12 match win streak.
For the week, Farthing recorded 20 kills, nine digs, five blocks and averaged 2.86 kills per set.
