Hall graduated from Bucknell University with degrees in both Economics and Religion. Previously, he coached at Bucknell, Albany State and was a graduate assistant football coach at North Carolina. He was also an assistant coach at fellow PSAC East foe West Chester for five seasons.
After coaching at West Chester, Hall joined the staff at Division I AA power Villanova and coached there for four seasons.
Hall then joined the staff at another Division I AA power when he became the assistant coach at Delaware in 1996. In six seasons with the Blue Hens, Hall helped lead Delaware football to three postseason appearances and Delaware advanced to the National semifinals twice.
In all, Hall brings in almost 20 years of collegiate coaching experience at all levels and will look to help the Bald Eagles soar to new heights.
