The 2019 season will be the first at LHU for assistant coach Joseph Webb.

Webb, who comes to Lock Haven from Urbana University will serve as the Bald Eagles' wide receivers coach.
 
He spent two seasons at Urbana, his alma mater, working primarily with the wide receivers.
 
At Urbana, he coached current professional player Trevon Saunders, who was an All-Conference selection. Along with helping to direct recruiting efforts, Webb also conducted schematic wide receiver meetings and directed film positional meetings. He also played a key role in overall practice operations and served as special teams assistant.
 
Prior to his time on Urbana's staff, Webb was a successful high school football coach. He also enjoyed a professional playing career. Webb played for the San Angelo Bandits, a professional indoor football team.
 
As a player at Urbana, Webb led the Blue Knights to a pair of Great Lakes Football Conference (GLFC) championships in 2010 and 2011. He was a four-year starter, a two-year captain, a three-time All-Conference selection and twice, he recorded 1,000-plus receiving yards in a season. In 2011, he led all NCAA DII players in yards per catch.
 
Webb finished his career at Urbana as the school's all-time leader in yards, receptions and receiving touchdowns.
 
Webb earned a degree in exercise science from Urbana ('19).
