Tomlinson contains locker rooms for men and women Bald Eagle programs, including football and track and field. The newly renovated facility features a state-of-the-art athletic training facility.

Located within the compounds of Jack Stadium, Tomlinson was dedicated in 2000 in honor of T.R. “Tommy” Tomlinson, a 1940 graduate and football alumnus of Lock Haven State Teachers College.
