LEWISTOWN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University wrestling team split a pair to dual matches tonight at Lewistown High School in Lewistown, Pa.

LHU opened the night with a 37-3 win over Millersville.

Lock Haven fell to Ohio University 33-6 to close out tonight's tri-match

Tonight's 1-1 performance runs The Haven to 3-2 on the year.

In the day's first match, Ohio (3-0) cruised past Millersville (0-2) 47-3.

Lock Haven won all, but one match as they cruised past Millersville.

The Bald Eagles kicked things off with back-to-back pins by Nick Hyatt (Boyertown, Pa./Boyertown) and John Trumbetti (Montvale, N.J./St. Joseph Regional), who both returned to The Haven lineup today.

Hyatt looked anxious to get back on the mat and wasted little time in taking down Millersville's Alex Abramat. Hyatt finished things off at 125 in 2:23.

Trumbetti, ranked as high as 18th in some national polls needed just over one minute (1:08) to end things with MU's Mark Massimini at 133.

The Bald Eagles got bonus points in three other matches, including a tech fall from Owen Wilkinson (Hartland, Mich./Hartland) and a pair major decisions from Seth Creasy (Mercer, pa./Mercer) and Derek Caldwell (Curwensville, Pa./Curwensville)

Lock Haven picked up a pair of wins against Ohio.

Hyatt picked up his second win of the night in the match against Ohio, as he used a workmanlike effort to down the Bobcats Kyle Ciccarello 8-2.

Creasy earned a hard-fought 2-0 win, as the 157-pounder went 2-0 on the night.
