LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University men's basketball team (1-7) fell to visiting Cheyney (7-2) 88-68 tonight in Thomas Fieldhouse.

The Bald Eagles got a tremendous effort from Sharif Bolton (Philadelphia/Franklin Regional Center), who scored a game-high 25 points. He also had six rebounds.

Anthony Baker (Bushkill, Pa./East Stroudsburg North) and Joshua Eichenlaub (Jersey Shore, Pa./Jersey Shore) both added nine points apiece in the loss.

Baker also chipped in with six rebounds.

Armandi Marshall (Philadelphia/Olney) added eight points and a team-high seven rebounds for The Haven.

LHU trailed 46-29 at halftime, but used an all-out effort in the second to make a game of it.

The Bald Eagles jump right back to it tomorrow (Tuesday, Jan. 4) at 8 p.m. when they host Shippensburg.
