CHEYNEY, Pa. – The Lock Haven University volleyball team cruised past Cheyney 3-0 (25-7, 25-5 & 25-13) tonight on the road in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) action.

With the win, LHU improves to 14-8 overall and 11-4 in PSAC action.

Bailey Farthing (Dublin, Ohio/Dublin Coffman) led the Lady Eagles with seven kills, while hitting .538 in two games.

Grace Novacek (Aliquippa, Pa./Hopewell) hit a red-hot .857 with six kills in just two games.

Nicole Brunot (Guy Mills, Pa./Maplewood) made her debut at setter and dished out 16 assists. She also had two kills and two digs.

Bethany Burns (Erie, Pa./McDowell) added six digs for LHU.

Cody Anderson (Johnsonburg, Pa./Johnsonburg) led Lock Haven with four aces.

Lock Haven is off until next Friday, October 28 when the Lady Eagles host Kutztown (7 p.m.). LHU hosts West Chester on Saturday, October 29 (1 p.m.).
