LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Gao Xuan (Dong Ying, China/Zibo No. 10 Middle School) turned in a 19-kill effort and the Lock Haven University volleyball team (16-8, 13-4 PSAC) shook off visiting West Chester University (19-12, 7-9 PSAC) 3-0 today (25-22, 25-20 & 25-19) in an important Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) tilt.

Xuan added seven digs and two aces to pace the Lady Eagles.

Bailey Farthing (Dublin, Ohio/Dublin Coffman) was solid again for LHU and finished with six kills, three block assists and a pair of digs.

Haley Gribler (Powell, Ohio/Olentagny-Liberty) and Grace Novacek (Aliquippa, Pa./Hopewell) both had five kills for The Haven.

Alexa Garrity (Boothwyn, Pa./Cardinal O'Hara) dished out 30 assists for LHU.

Erin Walsh (Bethlehem, Pa./Bethlehem Catholic) led Lock Haven with 15 digs.

The Lady Eagles get back to it next Friday, November 4 at 7 p.m. when they host Millersville University.
