LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – Arlana Roland (Bel Air, Md./Bel Air) scored a career high 22 points, but the Lock Haven University women's basketball team (4-3, 3-3 PSAC) fell at home to West Chester (6-2, 4-2 PSAC) 77-67 today in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) crossover matchup.
The Lady Eagles put three players in double figures.
Roland, who is coming off a 14 point game on Friday against Millersville, was an offensive force all game for LHU as her 22 points led the way. She shot 8-for-13 from the field and 6-for-9 from the free throw line.
Roland also added six rebounds, a block and a steal.
Sharay Hall (Philadelphia/Carver) scored 19 points, grabbed six rebounds and picked up a game high six steals. She shot 3-for-6 from the three point line.
Peaches Nesmith (Philadelphia/Northeast) scored 11 points and grabbed five rebounds. She also dished out a game high seven assists.
Allison Hostetter and Alex Lennon led the way for West Chester scoring 26 and 21 points respectively.
The Lady Eagles are back in action Sunday, December 18, when they travel to Goldey Beacom for a 4 p.m. tipoff.
