Bald Eagles drop conference game at Ship, 80-59

SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. –
The Lock Haven University men's basketball team (0-5, 0-4 PSAC) fell 80-59 today at Shippensburg University (4-5, 2-2 PSAC) in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) action.

Lock Haven had a pair of players net double figures including Terrell Johnson (Philadelphia/Imhotep Charter) and Anthony Baker (Bushkill, Pa./East Stroudsburg North), who had 15 and 14 points, respectively.

Johnson also had four rebounds and two steals, while Baker added two steals of his own.

For the second straight day Armandi Marshall (Philadelphia/Oleny East) hit a new career-high in the scoring column. He scored nine points to go along with six rebounds.

Andre Rivers (Philadelphia/Girard College) added seven points and six boards.

Shippensburg shot 51 percent from the field and the Red Raiders had four players score in double figures including Dan Lauber, who had a game-high 16 points.

The Bald Eagles return to the court next weekend for a pair of games. On Friday, December 9, Lock Haven will host Millersville University at 7:30 p.m. before hosting West Chester on Saturday at 4 p.m.
