LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University men's basketball team (1-19, 0-9 PSAC West) fell to visiting Gannon University (12-10, 3-7 PSAC West) 88-68 today in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West action.
Anthony Baker (Bushkill, Pa./East Stroudsburg North) netted a team-high 19 points and
Joshua Eichenlaub (Jersey Shore, Pa./Jersey Shore) added a career-high 14, but it wasn't enough for the Bald Eagles.
Baker was a perfect 7-for-7 from the free-throw line and hit a pair of three's.
Eichenlaub netted four three-pointers as he continued to have a hot-hand shooting.
Jace Keller (Hollidaysburg, Pa./Central) and Roderick Haynes (Lansdowne, Pa./Upper Darby) each netted nine points for The Haven. It marked a career-high for Haynes.
Eli Hanna (Lock Haven, Pa./Central Mountain) pulled down a career-high six rebounds and added five points in the loss.
Gannon was up 12 at halftime, 42-30 and the Golden Knights had four players score in double figures to take home the important road win.
The Bald Eagles are back in action on Wednesday, Feb. 16 at 8 p.m. when they host Clarion.
