LOCK HAVEN, Pa. –
Sharay Hall (Philadelphia/Carver) scored a game-high 22 points, marking a new career-high for the junior as she led the Lock Haven University women's basketball (11-10, 4-6 PSAC West) past visiting Clarion University (6-17, 3-8 PSAC West) 81-63 tonight.
Hall was 9-for-19 from the field and hit 3-of-4 from the free-throw stripe on the way to her new high for points. She also grabbed eight rebounds.
Kacie Hershey (Cochranville, Pa./Octorara) nearly had her second consecutive double-double. She pulled down a game-high 12 rebounds to go along with nine points.
Kristen Kudrick (Harrison City, Pa./Penn Trafford) hit a trio of three-pointers and finished with 16 points.
Heather McHugh (Norristown, Pa./Norristown) was 3-for-3 from downtown as she regained her scoring touch, adding 13 points for the Lady Eagles.
Peaches Nesmith (Philadelphia/Northeast) added eight points, six rebounds and four assists.
The Lady Eagles will be back in action on Saturday, Feb. 19 at Edinboro (1 p.m.).
