LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University women's basketball team (11-12, 4-8 PSAC West) fell to visiting Indiana (Pa.) University (17-7, 9-3 PSAC West) 73-32 tonight in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) Western Division action.
Freshman
Emily Daugherty (Laughlintown, Pa./Ligonier) did everything she could tonight for the Lady Eagles, finishing with a team-high 11 points. She added six rebounds.
Fellow freshman
Kelsey Ryan (Levittown, Pa./Neshaminy) added six points and
Kristen Kudrick (Harrison City, Pa./Penn Trafford) chipped in with five.
Sharay Hall (Philadelphia/Carver) pulled down six rebounds for LHU.
IUP jumped out to 35-23 halftime lead and pulled away in the second thanks to a pair of players in double figures scoring. Sarah Pastorek led the way with a game-high 18.
The Lady Eagles will be right back at it against this same IUP team on Wednesday, Feb. 23 at IUP.
