LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University wrestling team is set to make the short trip to Bucknell University on Friday, Feb. 4 to continue the local wrestling rivalry.
The Bald Eagles are 5-8 overall and coming off a 33-5 loss to Eastern Wrestling League (EWL) opponent West Virginia last Saturday. The Bald Eagles got wins in the loss to WVU from
Matt Bonson (Lewistown, Pa./UVA) and
Harry Turner (Howell, N.J./Howell).

Friday evening's Bucknell-Lock Haven wrestling match in Davis Gym will be broadcast live online by ESPN Radio 1050 in Williamsport. Fans can listen to the broadcast via the

The series:
The Bald Eagles lead the all-time series 16-1 as Bucknell's only win came last year.
BU beat LHU 25-12 as the Bald Eagles managed only three wins on the night.
The only Bald Eagle currently in the lineup who won last year was 125-pounder
Nick Hyatt (Boyertown, Pa./Boyertown), who picked up a forfeit win.
Setting the stage:
The Bald Eagles are 5-8 overall and 1-3 in EWL action as they head into their non-conference match with Bucknell.
Despite only winning two matches their last time out the Bald Eagles two wins were big ones to say the least.
The win at 141 marked Bonson's 19th of the year as he improved to 19-2 this season.
Turner closed things out for LHU with a solid win at 285. He's now 21-12 on the season and his 21 wins are a team-high.
Bucknell:
The Bison enter the match 4-10 overall and 0-4 in Eastern Intercollegiate Wrestling Association (EIWA) action.
The Bison feature one nationally ranked grappler and he's one of the nation's finest at 149.
Kevin LeValley, a senior from Hugh, Colorado is 22-1 and ranked as high at No. 3 in the nation.
Bucknell is coming off a 24-11 loss to No. 18 Penn and LeValley was one of three Bison who picked up a win in the loss.
