SALEM, Va. – The Lock Haven University softball team took down Wheeling Jesuit 4-2 today in Salem, Va.
With the win the Lady Eagles improve to 13-4 on the season.
Brittany Favazza (Bel Air, Md./C. Milton Wright) was 2-for-2 with a run scored and a stolen base.
Erin Clary (New Freedom, Pa./Susquehannock) had two hits, a stolen base and scored two runs for LHU.
Brittany Pataky (Clearfield, Pa./Clearfield) was 1-for-3 with a RBI.
Sarah Morse (Dover, N.H./Dover) got the win in the pitching circle.
The Lady Eagles have a pair of games remaining tomorrow (Sunday, March 20) in Salem, Va. Lock Haven will take on Glenville State at 9 a.m. and close the weekend out with a game against Davis & Elkins (approximately 11 a.m.).
