ORLANDO, Fla. – The No. 17 Lock Haven University softball team dropped a pair of games today, losing to Alderson Broaddus 5-2 and Wayne State 8-0 (5 innings) at the NTC Spring Games.
The Lady Eagles are now 7-2 on the young season as today marked their first losses of the year.
Nicole Smith (Milton, Pa/Milton) took her first loss of the season against Alderson-Broaddus and
Sarah Morse (Dover, N.H./Dover) was charged with the loss in game two vs. Wayne State.
Erin Clary (New Freedom, Pa./Susquehannock) kept her strong hitting performances going and went 4-for-7, with one run scored and a double in both games today.
The Lady Eagles look to come back strong tomorrow (Tuesday, March 8) against American International College (9:30 a.m.) and Post University (11:30 a.m.).
