SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. – The Lock Haven University women's soccer team (0-3, 0-2 PSAC) fell 3-2 on the road today at Shippensburg University (3-1-1, 1-0-1 PSAC).

Carly D'Orsaneo (Elverson, Pa./Living Word Academy) tied the match at 1-1 with a Haven goal in the 39th minute.

LHU again found itself trailing host-Shippensburg late in the second half, but the Lady Eagles responded.

Down 3-1, Madison Taylor (Center Township, Pa./Center) netted a goal in the 68th minute to make it 3-2, but that would be all the offense LHU could spark.

Goalie Hayley Zinn (Wyomissing, Pa./Wyomissing) made the start in net and recorded six saves. Dana Wozniak (Blackstone, Mass./Mount St. Charles Academy) also saw time in net and made three saves for LHU.

The Lady Eagles travel to No. 5 California (Pa.) University tomorrow (Saturday, September 17) at 4 p.m.
