Baker scores game-high 23 points & Marshall nets career-high 14, but it’s not enough as LHU falls to 0-13 on the year

EDINBORO, Pa. –
The Lock Haven University men's basketball team (0-13, 0-10 PSAC) fell 92-70 to Edinboro University (9-5, 7-3 PSAC) today on the road in Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West action.

The loss came despite several tremendous individual efforts from the Bald Eagles.

Anthony Baker (Bushkill, Pa./East Stroudsburg North) netted a game-high 23 points and Armandi Marshall (Philadelphia/Oleny East) scored a career-high 14 points.

Andre Rivers (Philadelphia/Girard College) also stood out for LHU as he recorded the second Haven double-double in three games. Rivers had 12 points and 10 rebounds. Eight of his 10 boards came on the offensive side.

Marshall also grabbed eight rebounds.

Baker's 23 points were the Bald Eagles best individual effort of the season.

Terrell Johnson (Philadelphia/Imhotep Charter) dished out six assists for Lock Haven and added five points.

The Fighting Scots were led by five players, who scored in double figures.

Lock Haven returns home to host Clarion University on Wednesday, January 18 at 8 p.m.
