Box Score LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University volleyball team (24-9, 16-3 PSAC) celebrated senior day today with 3-0 sweep of Kutztown University at Thomas Fieldhouse.

Before the match started, Lock Haven honored its five seniors, who were playing in their final regular season game at Thomas Fieldhouse.

The Lady Eagles jumped all over Kutztown right from the beginning and took the match in straight sets by scores of 25-14, 25-19 & 25-15).

Senior Gao Xuan (Dong Ying, China/Zibo No. 10 Middle School) led The Haven with 15 kills in the match.  Xuan also played well defensively, as she tallied six digs.

Kaleigh Hudak (Bethlehem, Pa./Freedom High) had a strong game for LHU and recorded 11 kills with an outstanding .556 hitting percentage.

Bailey Farthing (Dublin, Ohio/Dublin Coffman) added 10 kills and six digs in the match.

Setter Alexa Garrity (Boothwyn, Pa/Cardinal O'Hara) had an outstanding all-around match.  The senior dished out 37 assists to go along with 10 digs and four kills.

Senior libero Erin Walsh (Bethlehem, Pa./Bethlehem Catholic) was dominant defensively and tallied 18 digs.

Today's win marked the 12th straight for The Haven.

The PSAC East champion Lady Eagles will host Millersville University in a PSAC Quarterfinal match on Tuesday, November 12 at Thomas Fieldhouse at 7 p.m.  The winner of the Quarterfinal matchup will head to Gannon University, where the semi-finals and finals will be played on  Friday, November 16 and Saturday, November 17.
