MERCYHURST, Pa. – The Lock Haven University women's basketball team (7-11, 6-9 PSAC) fell on the road to Mercyhurst (9-10, 7-8 PSAC) 80-57 tonight in a Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference (PSAC) West matchup.

Three Lady Eagles scored in double-figures on the night.

Heather McHugh (Norristown, Pa./Norristown) led LHU with 13 points in 24 minutes of action.  She shot 3-for-5 on three-pointers.

Kelsey Ryan (Levittown, Pa./Neshaminy) scored 12 points for The Haven on 5-for-10 shooting from the field.

Lysa Mealing (Altoona, Pa./Altoona) set a new career-high with 10 points.  She also grabbed four rebounds.

Mahogany Spence (Scranton, Pa./G.A.R.) scored six points and grabbed a team-high five rebounds.  She also tallied a game-high three steals.

Mercyhurst was led by Dana Banda, who scored a career-high 25 points.

The Lady Eagles are back in action Saturday, February 4 at 1 p.m. when they host No. 2 Edinboro.
