Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 LOCK HAVEN, Pa. – The Lock Haven University volleyball team picked up a pair of wins today, downing both Slippery Rock and Edinboro at home in PSAC action.
 
With two wins on the day, LHU moves to 16-8 overall and 7-5 in PSAC action.
 
Lock Haven opened the day with a thrilling 3-2 (25-20, 24-26, 25-16, 20-25 & 15-7) win over Slippery Rock. In The Haven's nightcap, LHU took down Edinboro in straight sets, 3-0 (25-23, 25-13 & 25-14).
 
The Haven was led by four players with double-digit kills, including Kaleigh Hudak (Bethlehem, Pa./Freedom High), who had a team-high 14.
 
Cody Anderson (Johnsonburg, Pa./Johnsonburg) and Bailey Farthing (Dublin, Ohio/Dublin Coffman) each had 12 and Megan Flick (Howard, Pa./Bald Eagle) added 11.
 
Jessica Brown (Fawn Grove, Pa./Kennard-Dale) paced the attack with 48 assists and Bethany Burns (Erie, Pa./McDowell) led Lock Haven with 33 digs.
 
Farthing also had five of LHU's 14 blocks in the win over SRU.
 
In the second match of the day, LHU cruised by Edinboro.
 
Anderson and Hudak both had eight kills, while Flick and Alex Brehony (Mertztown, Pa./Brandywine Heights) both added seven.
 
Brown had another monster game and handed out 34 assists. Burns added 21 digs.
 
Brown and Burns each recorded three aces.
 
The Lady Eagles are right back at it tomorrow (Saturday, Oct. 19) vs. Gannon (10 a.m.) and Mercyhurst (6 p.m.).
